343 also stated no Halo 3 anniversary edition or Halo 6 at E3.

Halo developer 343 Industries announced they have a new studio head, with Chris Lee stepping up to replace Dan Ayoub.

Lee has been around the studio’s flagship franchise for some time and was formally studio lead for all Halo first person shooter properties. Lee was also involved in various capacities on many Halo projects including Halo 5: Guardians, Halo 4, Halo Reach, and Halo 3 ODST.

More Halo news also came out of a recent Reddit discussion. Brian Jarrard, Halo’s community manager announced that there would be no 10 year anniversary edition of 2007’s Halo 3.

Jarrard also confirmed that there would be no Halo 6 showcased at this year’s E3. However, he did state that 343 is cooking up a “little something.”
