Today, the new hero Orisa will be available for everyone in Overwatch. Orisa will be immediately available in Quick Play, Arcade, and Play vs AI. She will not be in Competitive mode, Blizzard wants players to get used to her playstyle before adding her.
The new patch will also bring a slew of balance changes to the game. The patch will include nerfs for Bastion and Anna while buffing Lucio.
Blizzard has also revealed on their forums that a Map Editor is on the road map for the game.
"We are extremely open-minded about releasing a map editor for Overwatch someday," game director Jeff Kaplan says. "...but because Overwatch was made with a brand new engine, this is not a small task or one which can happen any time soon."
Jeff has also revealed that there will be a way to save highlights and Plays of the Game without any external third party programs. The feature is being worked on right now and will go live before the end of the summer.
The new patch with Orisa and balance changes goes live on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
